Established in 2005 Total Image Group (TIG) was founded on the basis that work wear in Australia had become generic and uninspiring. With a family history in fashion manufacturing and starting out with just an idea and a business plan, Pamela Jabbour went forward to create a uniform business whose sole purpose was to bring fashion, value and functionality into this space.
At a time where uniforms where considered just an embroidered shirt or a tax deduction, Pamela was passionate about shifting this mindset and communicating the importance and value behind a first impression and the power of dressing well. Total Image Group was formed with the goal of changing the way uniforms were perceived within business.
The first year of the business was focused on learning. Learning was achieved through conducting approximately 100 cold calls a day to the desired industries and key decision makers to understand the needs of an organization when it comes to uniforms and also how the service and product offering from Total Image Group could deliver on these.
Within the first 12 months of our existence we were awarded a national contract for one of Australia's most loved brands dressing and servicing over 30,000 employees across the country in a new look TIG designed uniform. The success of this launch resulted in national recognition of our unique approach to uniforms.
Our story originates from passion which has evolved to our recognition as experts. We have dedicated years working in the spaces our clients operate in and as a result, have built the vast knowledge and experience across the various industries. We understand the job roles, work environment, varying demographics and market standards and the importance of translating all that into a fashionable yet extremely functional uniform.
Today, Total Image Group dresses over 300,000 people throughout Australia. Working across the Retail, Corporate, Healthcare, Hospitality and Automotive industries TIG's current clients include Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Fantastic Furniture, Pandora, The Whiddon Group, Toyota and Ford, and most recently TIG designed and manufactured the complete uniform range for the 2018 Australian Winter Olympics team as well as the staff of the iconic SCG.
